When you complete and submit your booking and payment you will receive an acknowledgment email from us, and also a payment confirmation from our credit/debit card processor.

The preferred changeover days for The Maltsters House are Fridays and Mondays. However, we can be flexible with arrival and departure days, subject to availability. We also welcome short breaks - minimum stay 3 nights.

If you are staying less than 7 nights, please note that the rate per night is higher - you will be quoted the total price when you click on the dates you require.

When you book, we ask for a 30 per cent deposit. The rest is due 8 weeks before you arrive. If you are booking less than 8 weeks before you arrive, you will be asked to pay the full amount. 

Cancellation: you will be charged 30% of the total price if you cancel after the booking is confirmed, but before 8 weeks before your arrival date. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your arrival date you will be charged the total price.

Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for pets.

Damage and breakages

Unfortunately, breakages and damage can happen from time to time. All breakages and damage must be paid for.
